Sponsorship Details

We are planning the SnoValley Cultural and Sports Club event Sno'Dandiya 2024 on Sat Oct 12th, 2024. 

Sno'Dandiya is an exciting, energetic event celebrating the festival of Navratri. This event will have large crowds from the South Asian community in the greater Seattle area and will be a great sponsorship opportunity for any business, organizations or individuals. Following 501.3(c) tax-deductible sponsorship is available:      

Tier 1: Gold Sponsorship - Total Sponsorship Amount $ 1500 (Limit 3) 

 -Recognized sponsorship level.

- Prominent Logo placement on all event materials and banners at the event.

- Mention in event programs.

- Social media mentions and website visibility.

- Opportunity to sponsor specific segments or activities.

- Opportunity to set up a booth close to the entrance to promote your products and services.

- Opportunity to place the company banner at the event main stage, and   

Tier 2: Silver Sponsorship - Total Sponsorship Amount $1000 (Limit 5)

- Prominent sponsorship with visible benefits.

- Logo placement on select event materials.

- Basic mention in event programs.

- General seating and hospitality access.

- Limited social media mentions and website visibility.

- Option to sponsor smaller event elements.  

- Opportunity to set up a booth at event and also place banners throughout the event space.  

Tier 3: Community Sponsorship - Total Sponsorship Amount $500 (Limit 10)

- Name & Logo listed in event materials.

- Mention in event programs.

- Standard event access.

- Acknowledgement on social media and website.

- Opportunity to place banners at the event but no booth.
